The need for deep reduction of the greenhouse gases emissions (methane and carbon dioxide) in atmosphere order to preserve global climate amid growth electricity production worldwide meet mankind’s energy needs has stimulated transfer use sources that exclude such emissions. There is an increasing interest exploitation renewable – hydropower, solar wind power, as well nuclear especially development innovative power. latter refers reactors which configuration systems, coolants, fuels operating conditions are radically different from traditional reactors. Among promising innovations sector concept small modular (SMRs) whose unique characteristics terms enhanced safety, transport mobility, efficiency economy create favorable investment projects develop them. A number countries including Argentina, Canada, China, Russia, South Korea United States America actively working on innovation power development, currently more than 70 advanced commercial SMR designs being built around world, with first prototypes be deployed near future or already deployed. However, construction a next-generation just solving technological problems.
